Returns & Refunds Policy
PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no defects, damage, or incorrect items shipped. We are proud of the Incrediwear brand, and we want you to be happy with your Incrediwear purchase.
WE DO NOT accept returns from any third-party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made. This includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon and eBay) and any retail locations. Please also note that products purchased through our website cannot be returned to any Incrediwear retail locations.
ATTENTION: All products are final sale, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items shipped. Please ensure your product sizing is correct upon ordering. If the products are damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please send us a photo via email so we can process it right away. You can email us at eu@incrediwear.com with the required information.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.
