RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Please check all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there are no defects, damage, or incorrect items shipped. We are proud of the Incrediwear brand and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
EU CONSUMER RIGHTS FOR INCREDIWEAR PRODUCTSUnder EU law, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase of Incrediwear products within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. This right of withdrawal applies to most Incrediwear products, except for custommade items.
RETURN PROCESSIf you wish to return a product, please ensure it is unused, in the original condition, and securely packaged. Returns can be requested by emailing us at eu@incrediwear.com with a photo of the product and the reason for return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMSIf your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. Please contact us immediately with a photo and details, and we will assist you in processing the return or replacement.
THIRD-PARTY VENDORSPlease note, we do not accept returns from third-party vendors that sell our products. Any returns for purchases made through such vendors (e.g., Amazon, eBay) must be settled directly with them.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTSFor returns not related to defective or incorrect items, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
REFUND PROCESSINGOnce we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited, depending on your payment provider.
