SHIPPING COSTS

Incrediwear offers FREE shipping for qualified orders over 150 EUR within the EU. The order subtotal must meet 150 EUR after any applicable promotional discounts. Orders below 150 EUR will incur a shipping charge of 10 EUR.

EUROPE ONLY - This offer applies only to countries within the EU.

ORDER CHANGES

Please note that order information can be changed within 1 hour on workdays.

If an order is placed before 5 PM, changes can be made until 9 AM the following business day.

If an order is placed on Friday after 5 PM, changes can be sent in until Monday at 9 AM. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 12 hours during Monday to Friday. Our trusted delivery partners—DPD, Express Post Latvia, and Posti Finland—handle the shipping.

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days depending on the delivery provider, demand, and other external factors. Delivery times may be extended by 1–2 days for remote areas or islands. To avoid delays, please ensure your address is complete, including house number, postal code, and a contact phone number for the courier.

All orders are shipped only upon receipt of payment.

DELAYS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In rare cases, items may temporarily be out of stock, which could lead to a delay in delivery. If this occurs, our customer care team will contact you promptly to inform you. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if necessary.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

Please inspect your goods upon receipt. If the package is damaged, notify the courier immediately, as they are responsible for delivering the goods in good condition. Additionally, please contact us through the contact form for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The customer or recipient is responsible for paying all applicable import taxes and fees upon delivery.
